Inspection and Testing

It is essential to make sure that all electrical installations are safe. Testing should be undertaken by a qualified electrician at least every 10 years for domestic, and 5 years for commercial/industrial installations, to check for deterioration in wiring and also on any new work.

We are able to test and certify electrical work to ensure it complies with British Standard BS7671.

BS7671:2001 is a standard that is constantly updated and has seen updates as recently as 2008. Additional standards cover specialist areas.
